Who can join?
Anyone who wishes can view the pages on this site. As a wiki, however, STC-NIU members and alumni have the option of contributing to existing pages, or even creating their own.
To do this, you will need to:
- Join Wikidot (our hosting site)
- Join the STC-NIU wiki (the site you're on now).
It's free, and should only take a few minutes of your time.
First: Join Wikidot
The first step to contributing to the STC-NIU wiki is to join Wikidot (or to sign in if you already have an account).
Click to create a new Wikidot account.
Then: Join the STC-NIU Wiki
If you'd like to join this site as a writer or editor, you have two options.
Option 1
If you have previously received an invitation to join this site, you may have been given the special password that allows you to join right away. If you know the password, enter it below. You may also ask Shelley Korth or Cameron Orr for the password.
Please create an account and/or sign in first.

Option 2
If don't know the password, you'll need to request approval from one of the site's administrators. When prompted, please include your real name and your status (junior, senior, graduate, alumni, advisor, etc…) so that we know who you are. This application process may take a day or two, but you'll receive email notification when you've been approved.
You need to have a Wikidot.com account and be signed to apply for membership.
